WHAT WE'RE ABOUT.
Our mission is to bring Life to Guatemala through life development, education, nutrition, agriculture, and community mobilization.
Our vision is to provide spaces all across Guatemala where people living in extreme poverty can come together to learn, grow, be empowered, and invest in their families and communities.
LIFE DEVELOPMENT
​
Each family in our program has the ability to sign up to be evaluated for a new home build, clean water filters, and stove and/or well-cover installations. Families in our program have access to on-site counseling and medical services.
education
Each week, the children at our feeding center receive Bible and English classes.
They also have the chance to participate in quarterly art and music classes.
nutrition
We serve over 13,000 meals at two separate locations every year! We focus on the children's overall health by exclusively serving fortified rice along with a source of protein.
AGRICULTURE
The women and children in our program leave weekly feedings with fresh fruits and vegetables grown on-property to take home to their families. We employ men and women in the community to work at the farm and learn agricultural skills.
COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION
Our desire is to empower these communities to serve and lead each other. We do this by hosting pastor's conferences for the nationals, a weekly women co-op program, and opportunities for them to serve their community.
